CLAT Final Answer Key 2026
The final results of the CLAT exam are based on the final answer key; thus, students can verify their scores with the help of this. After the conduction of the exam, the board released the provisional answer key and opened a two-day window to raise objections to the same, if any student found any discrepancies in it.
The Consortium constituted a Subject Expert Committee to review the objections filed by the UG Applicants. The committee reviewed those objections and recommended the required changes/modifications in the Question Booklets and Answer Keys. The Executive Committee of the Consortium of National Law Universities reviewed those recommendations received from the committee and approved the changes/modifications, and released the CLAT Final Answer key.

How to Calculate Scores Using the CLAT Answer Key?
Candidates can use the answer key and marking scheme to forecast their probable scores before the announcement of the results. See below for the marking scheme:
- Correct answer: +1.
- Wrong Answer: -0.25.
- No Response: 0.
The formula for calculating the CLAT score is as follows:
CLAT Scores = (Total Number of Correct Options x 1) - (Total number of wrong replies multiplied by 0.25)
Let's understand it with an Example,
Out of 120 questions, you marked 105 questions correct, and your 15 answers are wrong. Now, let's understand how to calculate the score.
Your tentative score will be: (105 x 1) - (15 x 0.25) = 101.25
How was the CLAT UG Exam this year?
As per the CLAT Exam Analysis reported by the students and experts, the difficulty level of the question paper was moderate. The questions asked in the four sections, such as English, legal reasoning, quant, and GK sections, range from easy to moderate in difficulty level. This year's Logical Reasoning part surprised many students. Instead of the usual split between Critical Reasoning (CR) and Analytical Reasoning (AR), Analytical Reasoning dominated the section, with very few CR questions.
